國內(nèi)首創(chuàng)無阻流棒、無活動模唇、上模整體式、水套整體式、?？趶椥晕⒄{(diào)最新款PVC塑料建筑模板模具。優(yōu)點：連續(xù)開機時間長，制品板斷切面密度均勻，板面平整光滑無機械紋，操作簡單，拆模清理料容易，對螺桿和配方的適用性強。

模具規(guī)格：1000（A型）制品寬度：915mm 制品厚度15mm

可生產(chǎn)密度0.50-0.70g/cm3制品，可根據(jù)客戶要求定制不同厚度和密度的PVC建筑模板模具。

（ We are the first one in China who developed the latest PVC foam board T-die which has no choke bars, no movable die lip, integral upper die body and calibration sleeve, elastic micro adjustment die lip gap.

Advantages: Long continuous operation time, evenly density of the product, smooth surface without the mechanical marks, easy in operation and cleaning, high adaptation to screw and formula, high output, low waste and cost.
